With deep roots in the Murfreesboro community, Mary Anne Conner is a dedicated real estate professional who brings both local insight and personal care to every client she serves.

A proud mom of four grown children-three graduates of MTSU and one from Cumberland University-she has spent decades actively involved in local schools, youth sports, church groups, and her neighborhood HOA, where she served as Social Chair. After years as a devoted stay-at-home mom, Mary Anne launched her real estate career in 2009, driven by a passion for helping others find their perfect home.

She now assists buyers and sellers across Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Coffee, Franklin, and Moore counties-including the beautiful Tims Ford Lake area-with the same dedication, warmth, and integrity that have always defined her.
