With 23+ years of Austin real estate expertise, Paul Reddam applies his market knowledge and negotiating skills to help people increase their wealth through real estate. Whether finding the perfect home in a great school zone, building an investment portfolio, or maximizing the profit from the sale of your home, Paul leverages his experience in the Austin market to provide individuals with an unparalleled level of personal attention and responsive service.

After spending the early years of his career working for other real estate companies, in 2003 Paul launched his own firm, Homesville Real Estate, a company that is both unique in its laid-back style and its focus on educating clients about the real estate process. "In my experience other companies were all about cranking out the largest number of transactions possible. I created Homesville so that I could spend more time focusing on my clients' goals and less time worrying about ‘the deal'," said Paul.

After spending 17 years proudly representing the public school districts of Texas, Marquette retired from the practice of law in 2016 to give her left brain some rest. She now uses her extensive legal marketing and law firm leadership experience to support innovation, communication, and operations at Homesville Realty Group as an unlicensed team member. While you probably won't interact with her directly, Marquette wears many hats behind the scenes, including social media maven, event planner, photographer, business developer, and more.

She’s a marketing crusader intent on telling compelling stories about homes, our Austin neighborhoods, and the people in our communities. In short, she obsesses over the details so that you can have confidence that everything has been considered. Marquette also spearheads her family’s personal real estate projects, serving as both general contractor and designer. For those buyers and sellers that aren’t ready to tackle a remodel project on their own, Marquette can provide guidance and design boards showing various options to help solidify your vision through her independent company A Life More Beautiful. Marquette uses her strong creative vision, keen eye for spatial relationships, and fierce ability to focus on the details to create spaces where beautiful forms merge effortlessly with function. With multiple home renovations under her tool belt, she's happy to deal with the headaches of a remodel while you pay the bills. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her behind the camera or with a sketchbook in hand. With two young children and a house full of critters, the days are never dull.
