Before he entered the real estate profession, Hui earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in Applied Analytics from Columbia University. Having launched his real estate career during the height of the pandemic, Hui earned his stripes during one of the New York City market's most tumultuous periods with his signature tenacity, flexibility and hard work. Originally from China, Hui speaks fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese, as well as conversational Spanish. He is incredibly adept at serving international clients, especially Chinese citizens, helping them navigate the complicated processes and mortgage options.

Hui resides in Hell's Kitchen, where he loves the vibrant energy, great restaurants and the proximity to both Uptown and Downtown. His hobbies include plants, podcasts and travel. So far, Hui has visited over 15 countries on four continents, with many more to come.
