About Hunter
Boulder native Hunter Jorgensen offers well-rounded real estate knowledge and a relentless work ethic to the desires and goals of his clients. Creating through building and design, deepening genuine connections, and seeing the potential in unlikely situations are a few of Hunter's creative strengths.

Raised in a family of builders and developers, Hunter’s love of real estate was established early on as he was toted around construction sites throughout Boulder County. This enthusiasm continued throughout his time spent living in New York City following college graduation. In New York, he worked as a residential broker, earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU, and ran an acquisitions team for a Brooklyn developer. Upon returning to Colorado in 2017, he joined his family company, Sugarloaf Building Co., to pursue both residential and commercial developments of his own.

Today, as a valued member of The Patrick Brown Group, he offers clients a broad understanding of the real estate industry, from construction and development to brokerage and investment. Hunter employs a respectful, honest, and detailed communication style, which upholds throughout the course of every transaction.

Hunter currently resides in Downtown Boulder where he loves the view outside his window on a daily basis and the ease of outdoor challenges. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and cooking.
