Hunter Putegnat

When Hunter was licensed years ago, he made a commitment to represent his clients with the highest caliber of professional service ever experienced in Austin. Since then, Hunter has earned and retained a wealth of professional experience, knowledge, sophisticated resources and unique skills in real estate to help his clients reach their real estate goals. More than 80% of his business is repeat clients or referral based. These ongoing relationships with his clients and their referrals are what keep Hunter motivated to grow his business in real estate.

Hunter grew up in Denver, Colorado and this is where he initially found his interest in real estate. At the age of 19 Hunter accepted his first internship, working as an assistant to a real estate broker that was named one of Denver Metro Association of Realtor’s Top 50 Realtors of 2005. He also went on to graduate from the University of Colorado in 2009, with a BA in Communication. This is where Hunter was able to finely tune his interpersonal communication skills, which would be a proven asset later on in his growing success as an Austin real estate agent.

When not busy with real estate, Hunter can be found biking on one of the many technical trails that our great city has to offer. He also enjoys doing group/team road cycling, as well as participating in many charitable rides across Texas and Colorado. One of Hunter’s favorite yearly events is the MS-150, a charitable ride for Multiple Sclerosis from Houston to Austin. Hunter also enjoys spending time with his family on the coast, traveling, and working on home improvement projects.
