Hunter Richard

Hunter was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and grew up in Morocco and Saudi Arabia, giving her a unique global perspective and appreciation for diverse cultures. After attending high school in The Woodlands Texas, she returned to Fort Worth—lovingly known as Cowtown—where she proudly calls home.

Hunter met her husband during her college years at the University of Texas, and together they are raising their Irish twins, Fisher and Forrest. With a passion for people and real estate, she quickly made her mark in the industry, becoming a top producer early in her career. Over her 11 years in the business, her exceptional negotiation skills, dedication to her clients, and people-first approach have consistently earned her a spot on the Top Realtor list.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Hunter enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with her family.
