About Ildiko
Ildiko joined Compass after twelve years at a top brokerage in Tribeca where she was an award-winning associate broker and previously earned the accolade of top sales agent in the West Village office at another firm. Her success is the result of her patience, tireless work ethic, and consistency in going the extra mile for her clients to fulfill their unique real estate needs.

As a licensed attorney in California, Ildiko takes a comprehensive approach when guiding clients through the purchasing, selling, or rental process. She focuses on educating her clients and strives to bridge the discrepancy between perception and actual market knowledge to facilitate realistic expectations and sound decisions, whether someone needs to sell or searching for a home or investment property.

Specializing in sales throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn at all price points, Ildiko understands that purchasing or selling can be a laborious undertaking with potential curveballs and hiccups along the way. As the client’s liaison she believes her role is to inform, support, and make sure the experience is as smooth as possible from the initial listing or search to closing.

Though she shares time between New York City and San Diego, Ildiko has lived in the city for over two decades, first in vibrant Williamsburg, Brooklyn for eight years before enjoying various Manhattan neighborhoods and settling in Hudson Square. Originally from Southern California, she earned her JD at the University of San Diego, School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and spent a year abroad in England at the University of York. She is frequently in London as she expands her network of international partners and clients.

As an agent / broker since mid-2009, she entered the profession already familiar with the world of representation having worked as an agent trainee at two top literary and talent agencies in Los Angeles (ICM and William Morris Agency). If she can someday find time again, screenwriting is her creative interest outside of the work arena.
