About Ilene

Ilene has a unique and vast breadth of experience particularly in the built environment ranging from her days with a mortgage company, through her tenure with a builder/developer and her many years with consulting engineers and architects. Combining her Wall Street experience, where she was registered on the NYSE and was the Operations Manager for a major Wall Street firm, along with her years lobbying in Washington, D.C, and numerous years marketing professional design services, She has a broad strategic perspective of the business environment particularly in the built environment. Ilene has been a Real Estate Agent since 2013 providing her clients with her knowledge and insight into the real estate market which she has gleaned over her professional career.  

A community activist, Ilene serves as the President of the Columbus Square Advisory Council where she spearheaded a $3M park renovation for which she raised the funds. She sits on the Board of the city-wide Parks and Recreation Advisory Council (PRAC) as Advocacy Chair. She served as Sponsorship Chair on the Passyunk Square Civic Association for several years and helped build the Passyunk Square community. She is also a SCORE Volunteer helping small businesses with marketing and strategic planning.  

Combining her knowledge and passion for Eastern philosophy, Ilene is a certified Feng Shui consultant. Urban hiking is her favorite form of meditation and exercise. She is married with two cats.
