Hi, I’m Imelda. I believe a home is more than just a place to live—it’s where families grow, traditions begin, and life’s most meaningful moments happen. That’s why I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with honesty, care, and confidence.

I graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and built my professional background in the finance and healthcare industries before beginning my real estate career. These experiences shaped my commitment to listening, building relationships, paying attention to detail, and putting my clients first.

Originally from the Philippines, I spent 15 years living and working in Hong Kong before making the United States my home. Having lived in three countries and traveled to more than 20, I enjoy connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I’m fluent in Tagalog and English, have basic Cantonese skills, and am familiar with Greek.

Family has always been at the heart of my life. Growing up with four brothers and two sisters, I understand how important it is to have a home where families have room to gather, grow, and create memories. As a wife and mom, I know a house becomes truly special because of the people and moments inside it.

With a passion for home design, I love helping sellers showcase their property’s potential and guiding buyers toward a place they can truly call home.
