About Ingrid
Ingrid Siikov is a talented real estate professional whose vast experience spans the industry including commercial retail development and leasing, sales and marketing of high rise condominium developments and sales of coastal single family luxury homes. Her first project upon arriving in San Diego in 1985 was the iconic luxury high rise condominium downtown, Meridian as director of retail leasing.
Ingrid grew up and attended college in Toronto, where she connected with one of the premiere Canadian developers of luxury high rise condominiums, Vancouver-based Bosa Development, and she began working with them when they entered the U.S. market. Ingrid successfully sold out numerous projects in record time such as Marquee Park Place in Irvine (232 units), Legend in PETCO Park (178 units) and, most recently, Bayside on the Embarcadero (232 units).
Ingrid’s knowledge of the industry and her commitment to helping clients find the perfect property to meet their needs, has resulted in long-standing relationships and a great deal of referral business. She values each client relationship, and it is clear that she works in real estate because she knows and loves it.
Ingrid’s passion for real estate was contagious, and all three of her sons followed in her footsteps into the “family business.” Though she has reached many professional goals and received accolades for her work, her family is the accomplishment she is most proud of. Her perfect San Diego day would involve spending time with them at Del Mar Beach. If they are too busy running open houses or making deals on behalf of their clients, she’d be happy to enjoy lunch at Buon Appetito in Little Italy. A movie and a glass of fine wine would be nice, too.
