Irene Strange began her journey at Compass in January 2022 as an Agent Experience Manager, supporting the Newport, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point offices. Her background in training, management, and passion for entrepreneurialism led her into the role of Associate Sales Manager supporting Compass offices across Orange County and Long Beach in 2023. Irene thrives on the Compass platform, embracing the opportunity to learn something new every day, and building lasting relationships with Agents & staff.

Irene holds a Bachelor's from Cal State, Long Beach where she became certified in mediation and obtained her Real Estate license in November 2022. Beyond her professional endeavors, Irene's hobbies include surfing and hiking with her beloved dog, Willa. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 5+ years, a fellow foodie with whom she shares a love of world travel and adventure.
