About Irina

Irina Le is a Dallas–Fort Worth REALTOR® with Compass, helping buyers, sellers, and relocation clients throughout Dallas and the North Dallas suburbs, including Allen, Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Celina, Prosper, and surrounding communities.

A real estate professional since 2012, Irina has experience with residential sales, relocation, first-time and move-up buyers, and new construction. She takes a straightforward, personalized approach to real estate—taking the time to understand each client's priorities, explain their options, and help them make confident decisions throughout the buying or selling process.

Whether helping a seller prepare and position a home for the market, guiding a first-time buyer through their first purchase, or helping a family relocate to DFW from another state, Irina is known for her communication, attention to detail, market knowledge, and genuine care for her clients.

Originally from Russia, Irina moved to the United States at age 20 and understands firsthand what it's like to build a life somewhere new. Outside of real estate, she is a mom of two girls and enjoys dancing, traveling, exploring new places, and learning new things
