About Iris
For Iris, real estate isn't just about selling houses. It's also about guiding her clients through what can be a very emotional experience. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful situations that we find ourselves in, but Iris brings her process and a guiding calm to ensure any transaction goes as smoothly as possible and representing the best interests of her clients. Her educational background in communication gives her the skills to communicate with her clients and other brokers and parties to the transaction to ensure that there are no misunderstandings. Likewise, her communication skills benefit her clients with her ability to present information in such a way as to create an advantage for her clients.

In working with both buyers and sellers, Iris has the eye to help her clients prepare their homes to attract the highest number of potential buyers. Similarly, she can funnel and filter so that her buyers find the properties that fit their needs and wants, without hassles or time wasted.
