About Iris
For Iris, real estate isn't just about selling houses. It's also about guiding her clients through what can be a very emotional experience. Likewise, her communication skills benefit her clients with her ability to present information in such a way as to create an advantage for her clients.
In working with both buyers and sellers, Iris has the eye to help her clients prepare their homes to attract the highest number of potential buyers. Similarly, she can funnel and filter so that her buyers find the properties that fit their needs and wants, without hassles or time wasted.
