"Iris was really helpful and knowledgeable of the whole buying process making extremely easy. She was really patient during negotiation finding all the information needed to make the final decisions.
After escrow was closed she was really helpful in providing all the final documentation, and clearing some posts that published after property was sold." E.A.

"Iris was awesome. Super informative connected me with the right lender. Most of all she hustled and worked extremely hard to get me the right home for me and my kids. Here’s proof.. negotiated over 100k off list. I’m as happy as can be." A.L.

"Iris is a terrific real estate agent--very knowledgeable and hard working. We really appreciated her communication skills as well. She's responsive, thoughtful, and savvy. Best of all, no matter what surprises or challenges presented themselves during the course of buying our first home, she remained calm, focused, and solution-oriented. Iris is tops!!" M & V

It wasn’t easy for any of us and I appreciate your help in navigating all of it. Thank you for the many trips, looking at all these properties over the last couple of months and during inspections. You have always had an incredible eye for real estate trends. Thank you most of all for suggesting that we see out property in the first place and helping us make our dream a reality " - L.R.

"Almost 15yrs ago, I interviewed for a great job in LA and asked Iris to show me some interesting neighborhoods. I did not end up taking the job, but the neighborhoods that Iris recommended as a smart buy are now the prime neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Iris has great instincts." B.L.

Iris Trent Siff has been a licensed Realtor® in Los Angeles since 2018, helping her clients navigate every stage of homeownership, from that first purchase to planning for years ahead. Her path to real estate began with a decade in the fashion industry, where she negotiated with major online retailers and luxury department stores, built brands, and ran her own business. Long before that, her love of design and architecture led her to a Bachelor's degree in History of Architecture from UC Santa Barbara.
It took a certain chutzpah to leave a decade-long career in fashion and build a real estate business from scratch, but doing so let Iris combine her discerning eye and ability to forecast trends with her intimate understanding of LA's neighborhoods and architectural history. She started by guiding first-time buyers into their first homes, and many of those same clients have come back to her as their needs changed: growing families, larger homes, condos, investment properties and beyond.
That range of experience shaped how Iris thinks about real estate. After helping her father through a series of life transitions starting in 2022, she saw firsthand how much strategic planning matters in the later chapters of life and especially how real estate fits into that picture. She earned her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)® designations and is a charter member of the COMPASS Plus division, which supports older adults through real estate decisions.
Iris understands that real estate in Los Angeles is rarely just "save, buy your forever home, the end." She helps her clients build life and legacy through real estate, from a first purchase to later-life planning, with an unwavering dedication. Outside of work she’s been a longtime supporter of the LA Conservancy and DOCOMOMO. You’ll also find Iris salsa dancing, finding the best spots across LA and beyond, internationally. Whether you're buying your first place or thinking ahead to what's next, Iris would love to talk it through with you.
