Isaac Franco

Isaac Franco is a real estate agent with Compass and a member of the Kilbride Cagnina Group, serving clients throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey.

He works with buyers and sellers at all stages — from first-time purchases to downsizing, relocation, and investment — with a focus on making the process clear, efficient, and well-managed from start to finish.

Isaac combines strong local market knowledge with the resources of Compass, offering clients strategic pricing, targeted marketing, and access to a broad network of buyers both locally and beyond.

Originally from Northern California, Isaac has lived and worked on both coasts before settling in Long Branch, where he built his business and community ties. He holds a degree in Communication from the University of Arizona and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his work with clients.

Outside of real estate, Isaac is a father of three, an avid tennis player, and actively involved in the local community.
