With twenty plus years in real estate, $175 million in sales and over 400 closed transactions, I have a broad network of clients in the greater New Orleans area – buyers, sellers, new home buyers, downsizing retirees, small investors, and new home builders.
Access to a wide range of resources is invaluable in providing guidance and support as needed for my clients – including contacts in city zoning and permits, general contractors and service vendors. Working closely as a team with lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, closing companies, and most importantly, other realtors, gets the most favorable results for my clients from first meeting to closing a sale.
Service above and beyond the usual professional expectations – both before and after a sale - is my standard for each client.
I’m a New Orleans native, born and bred. I’ve lived in Belgium, New York City, and Alabama – but New Orleans girls always find their way home! Pre-real estate I represented various portrait artists for twenty-five years, arranging portrait commissions for clients–and occasionally still do–and I’ve co-authored a Garden District guidebook for tourists. I live in the Garden District, am married to Moye, and have three grown children, including Ellie Sanders who also has her license at Compass.
