Ishmael Santiago

As a Tampa native, Ishmael Santiago attended the University of South Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and two minors in Entrepreneurship and General Business.

Ishmael’s family currently owns and operates multiple local family businesses — from barbershops, to restaurants, to even a home inspection company. Being surrounded by these family members, the entrepreneurial spirit had always been ingrained in Ishmael. During his time at USF he realized that practicing real estate would allow him to pursue two of the things he loved: helping people achieve their goals and making strong business decisions. Therefore, he began practicing real estate immediately after college and his rapid success quickly turned his passion into a career.

During his off-time, Ishmael can be found trying new restaurants, going on shopping sprees, or traveling to new destinations around the world.
