Cortney understands that just as every property is unique, every client is too. Buying and selling a home is a very personal experience that can be both exciting and overwhelming. A New Yorker for over 20 years, having bought and sold her own apartments, she offers a unique perspective and ability to identify and empathize with everyone she works with. Hardworking and sincere, Cortney listens to the needs of her clients and works tirelessly to ensure a successful result.

After graduating with a BSBA and MS in Human Resources from Western Carolina University and prior to working in real estate, Cortney was a recruiter in the Financial Services industry. Her intuitive style and focus on positive outcomes was a distinct differentiator when hiring talent in a very competitive market, skills that she has translated to her career in real estate.

Cortney lives on the Upper West Side with her husband and teenage son. She enjoys spending her free time focusing on friends and family, traveling, cooking, and enjoying quiet time at her weekend home in Southampton.
