About Isil
Isil has over a dozen years’ experience in residential sales across Manhattan and Brooklyn and has become a recognized expert in NYC real estate. She is frequently invited to speak on NYC real estate and is quoted in leading publications for her extensive market knowledge and expertise. A former litigator, Isil is a fierce negotiator and an invaluable advisor for clients ‒ ranging from experienced investors to first-time homebuyers.
Originally from Turkey, Isil grew up in Texas, but always dreamed of living in New York. After earning a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a law degree from The University of Texas, Isil moved to her dream city to practice law. After six years as a litigator, Isil left the law to help people make their homes in her adopted city and guide them through the most important purchase of their lives. The Isil Yildiz Team is consistently ranked among NYC top 150 small teams and 1.5% of all real estate agents/teams nationally. They have closed over 175 sales transactions totaling almost $250M across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Isil, her husband Bill, and their two children live in Gramercy. Isil is an active Yale alumna, serving as Class Secretary of Yale College Class of 2004, and has received several awards from the university for outstanding leadership for her service in a wide variety of roles since graduation.
