About Ivan
Ivan Chorney is a co-founder and Luxury Real Estate Advisor with Ivan & Mike
Team at Compass, which he leads with Michael Martirena. Serving Miami-Dade,
Broward and Palm Beach counties, the team represents buyers, sellers and
investors across South Florida’s luxury and ultra-luxury residential market, with
a focus on new development, pre-construction, branded residences and
waterfront properties.

Ivan began his real estate career in pre-construction sales in Miami and Miami
Beach. His approach combines discreet representation with market analysis,
negotiation and coordinated transaction support. Clients work with Ivan as part
of Ivan & Mike Team for purchases, sales, new construction, waterfront
properties and international buyer representation. Legal, tax, financing,
insurance and property-management needs are coordinated with vetted outside
professionals.
Priority markets include Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Bay Harbor Islands, Bal
Harbour and Coral Gables. The team also serves clients in Pinecrest, Fisher
