"It is hard to express just how amazing Jaci is and what a tremendous blessing she was in helping us achieve our dream of moving to Florida. We came to Jacksonville FL, in April 2023 and a family member recommended we work with Jaci. Because of our special needs we needed a home that would be wheelchair accessible. Jaci showed us new builds and helped us meet with home builders and was such a great source of knowledge both with existing and new home building. From our existing home in Chicago Jaci continued to work with us until we found a builder that could build our home with custom accessible attributes like a barrier free shower. She continued to help us find the perfect lot and was always there for us throughout the build process sometimes driving long distances to inspect the build and provide us with photo updates, she even recommended a third-party inspector that was able to point out issues we never would have thought of.
