Jaci Ward

A native of the Chicagoland area, Jaci ventured south to Florida to attend college. She landed a career in marketing in NE Florida and now is a well-connected real estate professional. She achieved success through her innovative sales and marketing skills, as well as strategic business partnerships. Currently serving as the Principal for the Envision Group at Compass Florida, she has actively participated in several million dollars worth of real estate sales in Northeast Florida over the past 18 years. 

With a wealth of experience and knowledge in vacant land sales, new construction, and investor transactions, JacI has held various corporate positions since 2005. These include serving as the VP of Sales and Marketing for a national homebuilder, as well as the VP and Managing Broker for Ponte Vedra Club Realty. She has earned notable designations such as the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and the National Association of Realtors® Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). 

As a member of the nationwide Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), JacI remains connected with professionals in the industry. Her exceptional achievements have been recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal's Book of Lists, where she has been honored as a Top Real Estate Agent in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Furthermore, she has made appearances on HGTV's House Hunters and has been featured in Jacksonville's Real Producers magazine. JacI has also been invited as a guest speaker on various radio talk shows and podcasts.
