The groundwork Jack’s unique skillset began his upbringing in The City, where he attended elementary school in the picturesque Pacific Heights landmark, Stuart Hall School Boys. With classmates who lived in virtually every neighborhood, Jack acquired first-hand knowledge of these neighborhoods, while also having resided in The Marina District, South Beach and Bernal Heights. Graduating from the UC Santa Barbara, Jack earned a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting, and a Minor in architecture-focused Art History. Upon returning from Santa Barbara and Montecito, Jack was recruited by a leading asset management firm in San Francisco, where he honed his natural talents to identify undervalued assets and recognize macroeconomic trends, skills that would later prove invaluable in helping his clients acquire and dispose of real estate properties.

In 2010, Jack embarked on his first foray into the luxury real estate , accepting a position with San Francisco’s leading luxury leasing firm. He immediately earned the position of top producing agent, garnering a significant following amongst the City’s most seasoned players in the luxury rental and sale . With a comprehensive knowledge of rental property laws, 1031 exchanges and the various tax implications of such transactions, Jack hit the ground running, completing a series of highly strategic purchases and sales. Jack has successfully won many hard-fought deals, all to the pleasure of hundreds of his clients throughout San Francisco and Marin County.

Jack lives with his wife, Mary Kate, a labor and delivery nurse at CPMC, along with his daughter Molly and his son, Jack (the 6th) and their dog, Oscar.
