About Jack
Jack is a member of the Craig Lake Team. He is both a licensed real estate broker and an attorney in Massachusetts.
Jack graduated from Brown University. After Brown, Jack received his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. There, he participated in the real estate law curriculum and excelled in negotiation, property law, and real estate transactions.
Jack’s focus on carefully listening to and understanding his clients provides him with a strong grasp of what they want and need. His thorough and meticulous attention to detail, tenacious no-quit attitude, constant strive for perfection, and competitive drive allow him to achieve winning results for his clients. This mentality, combined with a legal background, renders an approach to buyer and seller representation that is highly unique and unparalleled in typical real estate brokerage.
Jack services the Greater Boston Area. He also services certain areas of Rhode Island. He splits his time between his residences in Lexington, MA and Barrington, RI. His wife, Dr. Ariana Cannavo-Murphy, is a physician at the VA Medical Center.
Jack is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, National Association of Realtors, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Cambridge Boat Club. In his spare time, Jack enjoys competitive rowing, exploring different neighborhoods and submarkets within Greater Boston and Rhode Island, and spending time with his family.
