About Jacqueline Lee

Jackie Washington is a Newton native, mom of four, and lifelong member of a family deeply rooted in local real estate. As a Realtor® with The Brennan & Lee Group at Compass, Jackie combines market expertise, negotiation skills, and a personal understanding of the Greater Boston area to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Real estate has been part of Jackie’s life since childhood. She often shares stories of tagging along with her mom to showings, eating mac & cheese in the back of their ’87 Volvo station wagon while homes were being toured. Those early experiences instilled in her a passion for helping others find their place in the community she calls home.

Before real estate, Jackie earned her B.S. in Human Services from Lesley University and her Master of Social Work from Boston College, going on to serve as a clinical social worker for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families for over a decade. In 2019, she joined her mother, Linda Brennan, and brother, Chris Lee, to help grow The Brennan & Lee Group, where she managed operations, marketing, and client relations before becoming a Realtor® in 2024.

Jackie’s unique background in social work gives her a client-centered approach—built on trust, communication, and understanding. Whether representing first-time buyers, growing families, or seasoned investors, she is known for her deep local knowledge, market insight, and commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

Jackie lives in Waban with her family and their Frenchie, Louie.
