Karen Clemente

Karen Clemente is more than just a real estate agent; she's a passionate advocate for her clients who works tirelessly to help them navigate one of life’s most challenging experiences - buying or selling a home.

Born and raised in Great Britain and having lived all over the world as a US Army spouse, Karen and her family made Tampa Bay their home in 2019. Having first hand experience in so many different places, she was drawn to Tampa because of its beautiful weather, friendly people, and positive energy. As a sports fanatic, the consistently excellent local teams were an added bonus!

As the proud spouse of a retired soldier, Karen understands the challenges and importance of finding the right home, in the right neighborhood, at just the right time. Having relocated her family a dozen times, she has mastered the art and science of moving, which translates into making the buying and selling process stress-free and enjoyable for her clients. 

Her background in event planning has equipped her with a meticulous eye for detail, a talent for strategic planning, and an ability to host one heck of an open house. In addition to her work as an agent, Karen also serves as Melanie Atkinson's Assistant and YouTube Producer, using her creative vision to create entertaining and informative content for anyone interested in learning more about the Tampa lifestyle.

Beyond her work, Karen finds joy engaging with the community and spending time with her husband and two dogs. Whether she's staying active with her Sigma Kappa alumnae group, capturing the area's breathtaking scenery through her photography and videography, or enjoying a sporting event or concert, Karen's life fully expresses her commitment to enjoy the many wonderful things Tampa Bay has to offer.
