Jacqueline served for over seven years on the board of Pacific Heights Association. She worked on city wide issues concerning all of the neighborhoods in the city. She has assisted many Pacific Heights property owners on Planning Code Section 311, which requires notice to neighbors and property owners for permits involving new construction, change of use, or building expansions in RH/RM districts.
