Jacquelyn Austin

Jacquelyn is about helping others. Nothing gives her more joy than doing everything in her power, and then some, to create happiness and fulfillment for others. It is with that purpose that Jacquelyn works tirelessly for her clients to deliver a wonderful buying, renting, or selling experience, every time.

A mother of three and a former elementary educator for over 15 years, Jacquelyn specializes in working with families to understand the needs of the entire family and ensuring they settle in the location and home that will enable their family to flourish while creating many happy memories along the way.

Jacquelyn grew up in New York City and Connecticut graduated undergrad from Villanova University, and received master’s degrees from both the University of Southern California and Southern Methodist University. Through her upbringing, studies, and past work experiences, Jacquelyn has developed a unique skillset centered around creativity, innovative thinking, open and honest communication, integrity, and a keen eye for finding and designing the perfect home.

Moving to Dallas in 2011, Jacquelyn fell in love with this great city and its many unique neighborhoods and communities. Having lived in University Park, M-Streets/ Lakewood area, and Uptown and worked all over the metroplex with significant experience across the Park Cities and Preston Hollow, Jacquelyn has a deep understanding and appreciation for all neighborhoods but specializes in Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, East Dallas, and Uptown.

Jacquelyn has been with Becky Frey Real Estate Group since 2022 and lives in University Park with her husband, three children, and their dog, Scout. They enjoy exploring new neighborhoods around Dallas, the US, and the World, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people that become lifelong friends.
