Jade was born and raised in Shanghai–an international city of China.

She showed her passion for real estate at the age of 23, investing in residential properties in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, where she also owned a franchise beauty spa business. However, real estate has always been something special in her mind. She believes home ownership is not only personal freedom but also financial strength. She has a proven track record of success, having sold over hundreds homes.
