Jaime Shuman

Jaime’s professional career was rooted in event planning and hospitality for more than eight years before moving to the real estate industry. She thrives in a challenging environment and an atmosphere where she can help her clients in a truly pivotal chapter of their lives. Jaime’s passion for interior design allows her to creatively assist her clients in envisioning the potential a house has to become a home. Jaime’s goal is to make sure her clients know they are her priority and will do everything she can to make the buying or selling process as smooth, satisfying, and fun as possible.

After nearly a decade of living and working in Baltimore City, soaking in the charm of row-homes, local restaurants, and neighborhood markets, Jaime and her husband traded city energy for suburban life in Severna Park, as their family grew. That personal experience makes her uniquely equipped to guide clients through transitions, whether they're upsizing, downsizing, or relocating between Severna Park, Annapolis, and surrounding Anne Arundel communities.

Originally from outside Philadelphia, Jaime went on to play collegiate lacrosse and earn her degree from James Madison University. Today, she calls Anne Arundel County home, where life revolves around her husband, two children, and balancing real estate with mom life. When she’s not with clients, you can find her teaching spin classes, catching up with girlfriends, or soaking up a quiet moment anywhere near the water.
