“We spoke to three realtors when preparing to put our home on the market. Jake came to our first meeting with an impressively prepared presentation. Detailing how he would market the home and providing a hefty list of comps for our neighborhood, he really blew us away with his level of preparedness and professionalism. He walked in the door and his first statement was "This is such a beautiful and unique home and I would be honored to work with you to sell it." He said he could have a photographer there the next day (Thursday), the photos/video up on social media and Zillow the next evening and an open house that weekend.
