Born in the heart of the Bay Area, in the city of Alameda, Jake grew up in a little town with big city backdrop. Jake’s competitive ambition has been a driving force his whole life. Jake played basketball and football throughout his schooling years and earned his Realtor® Designation by age 20 while juggling his studies at San Diego State.
Jake returned home to the Bay Area to pursue his passion of becoming a top Compass Realtor® in Alameda, Berkeley, Oakland, and Greater Bay Area. Jake prides himself on being an agent who understand buyers’ and sellers’ needs as well as the local market.

As first-time home-buyers, we were a bit intimidated by the competitive East Bay Market, but we were lucky enough to work with Jake as our buyer's agent. He made the process incredibly easy and smooth. Because Jake is from Alameda, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the local eateries, schools, attractions, etc in the area and had lots of recommendations as we toured potential homes. Jake is quick to respond and was able to accommodate our requests to view places within 24 hours or less.
We were never worried we would miss out on an opportunity when Jake was on our side. We ended up buying exactly what we were looking for after only our third attempt. Everything went according to schedule; despite the holiday season, Jake had the foresight to submit things a little earlier so that the processing of our title wouldn't be delayed due to Christmas/New Year. We are now living happily in our new space and couldn't be more cozy.

To be honest, I was initially a bit wary about picking a real estate agent who is on the young side. However, those concerns were quickly put to rest after sitting down with him the very first time. As a first time home buyer (along with my fiance), I had MANY questions ranging from simple to stupid (lol). Jake was able to thoroughly answer all my questions in a way that a beginner like me could understand.
Throughout the home-hunting process, Jake was easily accessible via impromptu phone calls/text messages at any hour of the day. He was patient, detail-oriented, and always followed through with his word. If, by chance, there was a rare question that he did not know the answer to, he would quickly find the answer and get back to me which was greatly appreciated. Jake accompanied my fiance and I to visit every open house (and even drove us many times), was there to provide support during the closing process of signing papers with the notary, and best of all even bought us CHIPOTLE (my favorite) just because he felt like it!
