About Jake
Jake is a lifelong leader. After captaining his high school swim team, he joined his college rugby team and quickly rose as a leader on and off the field, organizing and leading all logistical aspects of the teams matches and seasonal structure.
Before Jake became a full time real estate sales professional, he was a General Manager for a multimillion dollar live music chain, maintaining operational oversight and leadership of dozens of staff members.

During this time, Jake began investing in real estate. He now utilizes his investment expertise to not only assist all of our investor clients, but to bring an analytical approach to home buyers and sellers as well. This perspective results in maximized profits for his seller clients, as well as financially savvy strategies to help buyers achieve their dreams.
Jake brings the skills he developed in his vast leadership background to The Gomes Agency by way of hands on mentorship and coaching with our entire team. He brings the same support to our agents and he does his clients.
When not working, Jake enjoys spending time with his 2 year old son, lifting weights, golfing (poorly), and watching Rugby.
