Jake grew up in The Woodlands, Texas near Houston and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing. He has been involved in real estate for the past seven years. He spent his first two years buying, renovating and selling homes in Houston. During that time, he developed multiple skills such as assessing a selling price for a home and developing strategies for marketing properties.
