Jake Levin

Jake Levin is a Chicago real estate broker with deep roots in the Oak Park & River Forest community. Born and raised on Oak Park’s south side, Jake has a lifelong appreciation for the area’s neighborhoods, architecture, and strong sense of community. Today, he is a proud homeowner and River North resident, bringing firsthand knowledge of both suburban and city living to his clients. Jake also serves as Vice President of his River North high-rise condominium association, giving him a unique understanding of the intricacies of condominium ownership and community living. From budgets and building operations to major projects and long-term planning, his experience has reinforced the importance of thoughtful decision making and understanding not only the home itself, but the community surrounding it. Outside of real estate, Jake works as a technology consultant, where attention to detail, communication, problem solving, and execution are central to successfully delivering for clients. He brings that same approach to real estate by listening closely, staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping clients navigate each step of the process with confidence.
