About Jake
Jake McCaffrey has a long-term vision of building and sustaining positive communities across the Front Range Colorado. He works hard to take care of his clients, whether they are clients buying or selling personal homes, companies building new real estate, or land and community developers. As the founder of Team Mac, Jake uses his negotiation expertise and local know-how to ensure that his clients get the most value possible. He is dedicated to cultivating empowering transactions for his clients, and the members of his fast-growing team. A Colorado native, Jake has watched the real estate landscape change dramatically over the last 30 years. With his finger on the pulse of the Front Range market and his mind on the future, Jake guides his clients to make decisions that will benefit them for many years to come. On any given weekend, when Jake is not working you might find him enjoying a new local hotspot with his wife, Jess, and daughter, Rosie, or trying to stay on the fairway in a round of golf. He spends most of his "off" time spending time with his family, watching Rockies baseball or Broncos football, and dreaming of hitting the slopes. He knows every word to his daughter’s favorite movies (we don't talk about Bruno), and prides himself in finding the next great deal.
