Jake Phifer is from Dallas, Texas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Real Estate Finance. Jake began his real estate career fresh out of college and quickly took the commercial real estate industry by storm, earning national clients and representing millions of square feet across the country in his first 5 years. He later became Director of Real Estate for a Fortune 500 company, and ultimately moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. He has 10 years of real estate experience, and has already represented and lead negotiations on all types of multi-million dollar deals.
Jake has a deeply rooted passion for real estate. But more importantly, he has a passion for working with and helping people. It eventually became apparent that he wanted to be more involved in the human-element of property transactions, which lead him to make the switch from commercial to residential real estate.
With vast experience, top-tier negotiating skills, and unwavering loyalty to his clients and their best interests, Jake is someone you want on your side of the transaction table.
