About Jake
Jake Pritchard has called Austin home for more than a decade, building a career and
life shaped by real estate, creativity, leadership, and a genuine interest in people.
Before becoming an agent, Jake served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua, spent years leading sales teams in the technology space, built a portfolio as a real estate investor, and developed a practice as an artist. These experiences have contributed to his approach as a Real Estate Advisor where he listens closely, communicates clearly, thinks creatively and stays grounded to what matters most to his clients.
Jake began investing in real estate in 2016 and has experience across renovations, flips, short and long term rentals, and new construction. This background gives him a unique understanding of homes, from evaluating a property, understanding renovation costs, and ideas that can make a space more functional, thoughtful and valuable. For Jake, real estate is ultimately about people and the lives they are building. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a longtime property, searching for an investment, or considering a project that needs a little imagination, he approaches the process with curiosity, transparency, and care.
Outside of real estate, Jake can be found painting in his Austin studio, catching some sun around Town Lake, playing guitar, traveling with his wife, or exploring the places and people that continue to make Austin home.
