About Jim
Originally from Connecticut, Jim moved to New York City in pursuit of his passion for real estate. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University in 2015. Jim has experience on the operational and asset management side of value adding transactions, as well as debt and equity financing for a boutique real estate investment firm. Jim has worked alongside both investors and operators, as well as led successful investments of his own.

One of Jim’s favorite quotes are “everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about, be kind. Always.” Jim has applied that mentality to all the relationships he has created throughout his life, and now uses it as motivation to help his NYC clients find the perfect home. He has moved several times throughout his time living in NYC and has seen first-hand the frustration that can come with such a big life change. Jim believes that with the right combination of empathy and diligence, every part of the real estate transaction can be done in a way that will give his clients a sense of direction and ease of mind.

In Jim’s free time, you can find him out and about in the city with friends and family, or at a local electronic music concert.
