Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed transactions across every major property type, represented a distinguished and diverse clientele—from municipalities and corporations to high-profile individuals and first-time buyers—and developed more than 50 residential and commercial projects.

James’s professional experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in World Literature—credentials that inform his sophisticated understanding of markets, valuation, and complex transactions.
Originally from Los Angeles, James has enjoyed a bi-coastal career, including significant time in New York City. Now based in San Francisco, he specializes in premier residential and commercial properties throughout the northern end of the San Francisco Peninsula.
