About James
James spent years at the corporate level, working in various capacities in areas such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing. He worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as private startups and local businesses. After learning a great deal from these experiences about the fundamental aspects of good business, he ventured out onto his own. With a background in finance and sales, James likes to stay informed about the constant changes in the real estate market and following the relationships and trends between market factors both local and nation. He enjoys bringing his knowledge and expertise into every client meeting, with the hope that once clear cut direction is found, the buying and selling process can be fun. 

James Lanigan is a lifelong Pittsburgher. He likes to keep the beat on new restaurants that pop out around the city. His hobbies include exercise in pretty much any way possible, reading books early in the morning, and staying current on new movies. He enjoys traveling but also appreciates coming home to the city that feels the most like home. He lives with his wife and newborn son in the Northside neighborhood of Troy Hill.
