About James

James Redmond JR, of Compass RE, based in Seattle, is a 17 year veteran of the real estate industry & has represented clients all over The Pacific Northwest in over 300 real estate transactions. James has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, & commitment to always put his client’s needs first.

He studied Society & Justice at The University Of Washington, & afterward began work as a Compliance Counselor in our local Justice & Reform System. Passionate about being a part of the incredible growth & changes in our area, James has continued to leverage his know-how & experience to capture the market & exceed his client’s expectations.

Active in the community, James is also the Founder of the Leveling The Field’s effort to improve the college selection process for all students. Holding true to his belief, “Opportunity is for Everyone & Equality begins with Education.” 

In his free time, James is an avid Soccer Coach/Dad & Boater. Spending time on the local lakes with his family, his Golden Doodle-Prince, & friends is something James never takes for granted.
