About James

James may be the newest member of the New Jersey based Courtney Orlando team, but he is no newbie to this business. He is a real estate veteran with a solid 19 years of NYC experience and is thankful to have a place in this industry having been privy to some of the most desirable, envelope-pushing and record setting real estate in the world. He enjoys the challenges this industry brings, loves cultivating new relationships and believes trust is not only paramount, but the cornerstone of them.

Throughout his career, James has focused on educating, preparing and delivering successful results for his clientele. He is well versed in the sale and rental markets, specializes in finding value and helping people navigate the complex, easily overwhelming market. Possessing an uncanny ability to facilitate and simplify almost any transaction comes natural, as does honesty, attention to detail, and an all-important sense of humor. 

James stems from a multicultural background, hails from Connecticut and is the oldest of five. He graduated from Amherst College where he hosted a radio show, swam competitively, and played drums for the Gospel choir. He is an Eagle Scout, a proud father of two amazing little humans, and holds a broker’s license in New York and New Jersey.
