He later contributed to top-performing teams at Douglas Elliman in Texas and TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in the DMV, gaining hands-on experience in some of the country’s most competitive markets, including Austin, Washington, DC, and Virginia. This exposure allows him to advise clients with clarity across luxury, relocation, and investment decisions.
Now based in Green Hills, Colton serves buyers and sellers across the greater Nashville area, with a focus on first-time buyers, relocations, and lifestyle-driven purchases. His clients value his ability to simplify complex decisions while negotiating meaningful financial wins and long-term value.
