Jim Roth knows South Jersey like the back of his hand. 

Born and raised in Voorhees and now a Cherry Hill resident, Jim is a full-time real estate professional dedicated to delivering peace of mind by making every transaction smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

In 2025, Jim became one of the Top 5 producing agents on the Q&U Team and made a successful entrance into New Jersey’s luxury market with the sale of 73 Bortons Road, which went under contract within 48 hours of hitting the market. His sharp attention to detail and clear communication allow him to confidently guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys spending time with family in Margate, snowboarding, and golfing. He also serves as Assistant Coach for the Flyers Youth Special Hockey program at Voorhees Skate Zone, where he helps children with disabilities learn and enjoy the game of ice hockey. Jim is a proud member of Little Mill Country Club.
