James Rowbotham brings a unique blend of experience to his profession. Growing up in Alamo, he attended Monte Vista High School and Diablo Valley College before enlisting in the United States Army. After his military service, James joined the Oakland Police Department, where he served for 16 years. During his military service, James was stationed in Germany and deployed to Iraq, participating in numerous combat operations. He rose to the rank of Section Sergeant, managing a squad in a cavalry reconnaissance unit of the 1st Armored Division.
As a former law enforcement supervisor and a U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of service in uniform, extensive career in serving and protecting the community has instilled a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. James is proud to continue his mission in the real estate field, where he assists clients in finding their perfect homes and making sound investment decisions. His commitment to serving the community extends beyond military and law enforcement service, as he continues to support fellow veterans as a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition to James' service, he is an active member of the aviation community, owning and operating his private aircraft. This diverse experience allows him to offer a well rounded perspective and high standard of service to his clients
