James is unlike any real estate agent you've met. He's a fifth generation San Franciscan with a wealth of knowledge of the city, deep understanding of local real estate and invaluable connections. His love and expertise of San Francisco is evident and undeniable. Having lived in the city for over 30 years, James enjoys providing his insight into San Francisco's unique homes, special architecture, and charming neighborhoods. His vast network of contacts and resources makes him an asset to any client.
James is passionate about helping people. He loves working with clients from all over the country and world, sharing his knowledge of the market with them, and being their real estate advisor. James has a different approach than most real estate agents. He supports clients taking their time and really listens to them to understand how to help accomplish their real estate goals. He's passionate about creating value whether it's through getting deeply analytical, transforming listings, finding off-market opportunities, or negotiating wins for them. James grew up in Potrero Hill and attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA. James pursued a career in real estate at a much younger age than most realtors. He got his real estate license while in college in 2003. He's been managing a portfolio of properties for a couple of decades. James enjoys competitive sports, exploring new countries, supporting local organizations, San Francisco's diverse food scene, and sharing his passion for the city with others.
