James Testa moved to San Francisco in 2005 and began his career in real estate shortly thereafter. 20 years later, James continues to excel at providing value-driven results for his clients in selling the most significant properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2016, James was recruited as a founding member of Compass in San Francisco among the most select Realtors in San Francisco. Compass has grown to become the #1 real estate brokerage in the US by sales volume while maintaining its core values of helping our clients find their place in the world.
After completing his undergraduate work at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State, James earned his MBA from The School of Management at Binghamton University in New York. James began his career in corporate leadership with fortune 100 companies including The Walt Disney Company.
James began his career in San Francisco real estate by specializing in luxury high rise condo sales. His notable accomplishments include facilitating penthouse sales at the Four Seasons and Millennium Tower.
Throughout the past 20 years, James has expanded his practice to include single family homes, luxury coops, and wine country estates. Professional, data driving results are the foundational tenets of James' approach as well as strong relationship development, fair dealing, integrity, and highest level of ethics.
