"I found and purchased my DREAM HOME this past week ... but this would have never been possible without the expertise and negotiating skills of LeAnn! She sold my previous home so quickly that I thought I would have to settle for just another house which she knew would not make me happy as I had particular style I wanted and a certain budget to stay within. We found the perfect house but found out we were competing with numerous other offers. Not knowing what the other offers were she suggested I write a letter to the family telling them what I loved about their home and why I wanted to buy it. The home is a 1957 mid-century modern concrete block house located less than 2 blocks to the beach. I wanted to purchase the home and restore it back to its original design. This particular Seller's family had owned the home for 40+ years in which many memories had been created. I wanted the same for my family.
